The Hengsheng KN95 respirator is a superior quality filtering facepiece respirator that provides ≥95% filtration efficiency against non-oil based aerosols and particles including biological airborne pathogens. It has a bi-fold anatomically conforming 3D shape, five layers of filtration, an adjustable nose clip, and latex free and ultrasonic loops.

Intended Use:
The Hengsheng KN95, non-surgical disposable particulate filtration facepiece respirator is intended to reduce wearer’s exposure to non-oil based aerosols and particles including biological airborne pathogens.
Do Not Use For:
Do not use for gases and vapors, oil aerosols, or sandblasting; particulate concentrations that exceed either 10 times the occupational exposure limit or applicable government regulations, whichever is lower. Do not use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen. Do not use for oil-based particles.
Use Limitations and Warnings:
The wearer must first be trained in the proper use and fit tested before using this respirator.
Wash and dry your hands prior to putting on the respirator.
Inspect the respirator for tears or damage. Examine all the respirator parts for signs of damage including the straps and noseclip and discard if any discrepancy is found.
Discard and replace respirator if it becomes damaged or breathing resistance becomes excessive.
Do not alter, abuse or misuse this respirator.
Do not use with beards or other facial hair or other conditions that prevent a good seal between the face and the sealing edge of the respirator.
Failure to follow all instructions and warnings on the use of this respirator and/or failure to wear this respirator during all times of exposure can reduce respirator effectiveness.
Outside forces acting upon the noseclip on the respirator may result in injury to the wearer.
This respirator is intended to be used only once.
This respirator is not washable. Washing will damage the structure of the filter material and reduce the filtering performance of the respirator.
Fitting Instructions:
Clean your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer before touching the respirator.
Open the respirator pulling up and down the folds of the respirator.
With the noseclip facing up, position the respirator under the chin and pull the two straps over each ear. Adjust the straps as comfortable as possible.
Place the fingertips of both hands at the top of the molded nosepiece. Mold the nosepiece to the shape of the nose bridge by pushing inwards while moving your fingertips down both sides of the nosepiece.
Check respirator tightness before entering work area.
Cover the front of the respirator with both hands, being careful not to disturb the position of the respirator.
Exhale sharply. If air leaks around the nose bridge, readjust the nosepiece as described in step 4. If air leaks at the respirator edges, work the straps back along the side of your hand. If you CANNOT achieve a proper seal, DO NOT use.
If no leakage is detected, then proceed with use.
To remove the respirator: remove it from behind (do not touch the front of the respirator); discard in a closed bin.
Storage Conditions: Store in a clean, hygienic and ventilated dry place with less than 80% relative humidity.
Shelf Life: Shelf life of unopened product is 2 years from date of manufacture when stored within a temperature range of -20°C to +30°C and at less than 80% relative humidity.
